Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). During busy seasons or sales, processing may take an extra day or two- thank you for your patience as we carefully pack your order with love.

Shipping Rates & Delivery 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Delays & Lost Packages

Grace & Grit Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier. If your order seems delayed or lost, please reach out to the shipping carrier first using your tracking number, and then contact us at gracegritboutiques@gmail.com- we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customer.
